CLINICAL PILATES

Take your time to build your core strength and increase your active range of motion without causing injury or pain. These tailored classes allows us to address muscle imbalances and mobility problems using classical Joseph pilates repertoire and more contemporary functional exercises.

*We currently offer private, duo and trio classes in pilates, call 9041 3332 to book your assessment and secure your class.

SPRINGBOARD CLASSES

Up for a challenge?  We use intelligently designed, spring- based resistance training for deep muscle strengthening and development.  Improve your posture and flexibility, correct muscle imbalances and fire up your core with our small group springboard classes.

*Up to 6 people per class.

MAT PILATES

Connect to the powerhouse of your body!  Our Mat Pilates classes are both dynamic and mindful, challenging your balance and stability. Feel lengthened, aligned and strong from within.

We use a range of props to challenge your core in multiple ways.

Conducted by our Osteopath who knows combines her background in anatomy, pilates and dance.

YOGA FLOW

A stronger, faster paced class. Designed for any level mover. Build your stability, strength and balance with the ultimate mindful movement practice.

YOGA RESTORE

A blissful, slower paced, mindful class. Feel a deeper stretch in gentle flowing postures that unwind deep connective tissue, joints and ligaments.

YOGA BASICS

Newbies, this is for you! We love beginners – we break it down and get it right the first time for you so you can have a solid foundation of what yoga is.

CORE PILATES & RELEASE

The perfect balance of yin & yang – 30 minutes of a strong pilates-based core abs practice followed by 30 minutes of myofascial release and stretcing using balls.

MOVEMENT & CONDITIONING

Take your movement and mobility to the next level and access skills you have never thought possible.  Based on the Ido Portal Method,  which has principles of gymnastics, martial arts and dance this is a 2 hour workshop each week that develops your skills from the ground up.

CORE & POSTURE

Train your lumbar spine and shoulder girdle to support your core structure. The class engages basic gymnastics training in a slow focused manner requiring both physical and mental mindfulness. This class is suitable for all level movers and recommended for injury rehabilitation.
