The perfect place to start and maintain connection to the powerhouse of your body! These classes are mindful and challenge both your balance and stability. We use a range of props to challenge your alignment so you feel lengthened, aligned and strong from within.
Stronger and faster paced. Designed to uplift you and build your stability, strength and balance through mindful movement. We recommend trying our Align class before this so that you feel confident in your body.
Slower paced and mindful, connect to your breath and feel a deeper stretch in gentle, flowing postures. We use massage balls and rollers to help release tension from deep connective tissue. We recommend this class to balance out from the more energizing classes or to destress after a busy week.
Explore new movement concepts. We move both on and off the mat in this playful class, exploring breathing techniques, movement patterns, stretching & strengthening drills and challenging postures.
You will be feeling tissues and muscles that you didn’t know you had, challenging yourself and above all creating more freedom, health and ability within your physical body. All our strength classes include joint conditioning and mobility to maintain range of movement.
Spring-based resistance training for deep muscle strengthening and development. With a maximum of 6 people per class you will have more guidance and support from our team.
