What does our Nutritionist do?
When you work together with our Nutritionist in our beautiful clinic in Carlton North, we will look at the whole you, with a holistic treatment plan. Including examining dietary, lifestyle and mindfulness influences that contribute to your current state of health, factoring each piece into the bigger puzzle.
What to expect from a consultation:
- An in-depth analysis of your current health state.
We take 60 minutes for a first consultation. There’s no rushing when it comes to getting to the bottom of your health issue.
- Detailed case taking.
We’ll dive into your past, to understand your present, to change your future – for the better!
- Dietary recommendations and recipe ideas.
We don’t provide meal plans as we don’t believe they work for everyone. Instead, we empower you with the right tools to change your life for good, not for a diet.
- Information handouts relative to your case.
Knowledge is power, and we empower you with knowledge to take inspired action.
- Functional testing.
Let’s dive deep into the unknown to tackle your case head on. No beating around the bush here.
- Pathology recommendations (where applicable).
We work with you to monitor and track the progress of your case with routine blood tests and ultrasounds (where appropriate).
- Holistic treatment plan.
Tailored to your needs, budget, schedule and lifestyle. It’s our mission to make helping you, help yourself, so simple and easy. Fuss free!
- Emphasis on mind
“More than food, state of mind”. As part of our treatment approach we will address emotions, feelings and look at where your state of mind is placed.
"Purpose & Knowledge will fuel your wellness journey"
