A dynamic yoga practice to uplift & energise. WE play & move mindfully. Improve your coordination and grace by moving through these flows that will allow you to work as hard as you need.
A slower practice designed to calm the mind and gently move the body. Unwind the nervous system and take your time with this juicy practice.
You can work as strong as you feel & build a sweat in this dynamic class. When you move in harmony and ease in your body anything is possible. We move through simple & challenging moments with ease.
STRENGTH & STRETCH:
A boosting strong practice followed by a mindful stretch and meditation
A whole body conditioning class that will challenge deep stabilising muscles & cores strength. We use pilates props, and weights to improve balance and body awareness.
STRENGTH UPPER BODY:
Strength is for everyone, we meet you at your level. Body weight strength training paired with conditioning and mobility work. A practice you can really build on your skills from hanging to a pull up.
STRENGTH LOWER BODY:
Feeling strong and capable starts here. We build your lower body strength foundation by slowly allowing your body to adapt to carrying weight whilst building your range & mobility. We use kettle bells & other weights to progress your program.
