Q. Do I need weights?
Yes! You will need some free weights to start with as our goal is to build muscle! These can be kettlebells or dumbbells. A light pair of upper body (something you can press overhead) & heavier pair for lower body (for squats & hinges). The strength session can be done at home or you take it the gym (if you don't have access to weights at home).
Q. Do I need experience?
No! We offer lots of regressions (places to start) for beginners. You can start even if you have never done strength training before. Of course you will just start with weights that you can manage at the level you are at and build it up from there. The only way to improve is to start & keep up your practice!
Q. Are the classes live & suitable for any timezone?
Our classes are not live, so you can do your training session with us anytime that suits you. Your sessions for the fortnight will drop on a Sunday and be available in the portal. We have students join us from all around the world.
Q. What if I only want to do the 12-week challenge
You can cancel your membership after 3 months. (as long as you cancel within that time it will not renew). However we believe working on your strength & movement is a lifelong project which is why we consistently run these 12-week commitments/challenges and have students consistently participate in them for the last 3 years.
