We build our lower body in a variety of ways which your hips will love! If you sit most of your day, you need this class in your life!  Build your glutes and a strong core to keep your lower back happy! 

 Motion is lotion!  This juicy class will lubricate your joints like never before.  You CAN have it all, strength & flexibility that is useful in your everyday life. These fun low impact classes are do-able for everyone.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. How long is each class?
A. Each class is about 40-50minutes long.You also get a 20-minute mobility class that you can do daily.  


Q. What do I need?
A.  You will need 1 or 2 weights. Anywhere from 4-10kg depending on your experience 


Q. How long do I have access to the course for?
A.  You will have 6 months full access to this coursE.  We do this because if you are new to strength you can do module one for a longer period of time before progressing, we also encourage you to move through the whole program a few times and increase the weights.

Q. What if I haven't done strength before? 
A. You are in the right place! Weeks 1 & 2 we focus on foundation of strength work so stay here as long as you need. We also include a full tutorial video on tips for each exercise and ways to regress the exercise to your current level.   

Q. Are the classes live? I live overseas. 
A. We have students all over the world taking our programs! The classes are not live, but they do get released progressively so you can do then at a time that suits you best. 

What support do I get from you?
When you sign up you book in a 20 minute zoom chat with me where we can plan your approach to the program & ask away any questions. I am a qualified Osteopath too so if you have any injuries that might get in the way, I can help you find ways around it.
