you don't need to be an athlete or martial artist to move like a ninja. every time you crawl, balance, climb, or get up off THe ground, you're using skills that make you more agilE, strong, and resilient - just like an everyday ninja. 

The Everyday Ninja is about mastering the art of movement so you can navigate life with more confidence, strength and playfulness

 


  • sitting & ground flow
    - become light & agile getting up & down off the ground

  • BASIC CRAWLING & ROLLING
    - Strengthen your core, move with stealth & improve coordination

  • SPINE MOBILITY PATTERNS 
    - Prevent stiffness & keep your back supple for life

  • BALANCE PLAY
    - Improve ankle & foot stability while making movement fun 

  • HANGING 101 
    - Develop grip strength & shoulder resilience
